Lamborghini Aventador SVJ . built by Wongday and reworked by lavahicrafts

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is one of the most aggressive and dramatic V12 supercars ever created, and this papercraft build is my modified take on the model originally designed by Wongday. The downloadable version of the original model is made for 1:18 scale, but I converted and built mine at 1:24 scale. I also gave the model a new look by repainting it in green and adding several custom modifications.

For my version, I added new wheels and a custom hood, giving the model a more personal appearance while keeping the aggressive character of the real Aventador SVJ. The build was completed using 70–80gsm normal office paper. However, I strongly recommend using 120gsm or heavier paper for this model, especially because of its complex shapes and small parts.

This definitely wasn't an easy build. I would give it a solid 8/10 difficulty rating. The complete build took me around 5 days minimum, so patience and precision are definitely required.

📖 About the Car

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is the ultimate high-performance evolution of Lamborghini's Aventador. Introduced in 2018, the SVJ was created to push the Aventador platform to its limits, combining a naturally aspirated V12 with aggressive aerodynamics and extensive weight-saving measures. The SVJ produces around 770 CV and features Lamborghini's Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) active aerodynamic system. Its extreme aerodynamic design, huge rear wing and aggressive bodywork make it one of the most recognizable Lamborghini models ever made. The real Aventador SVJ is built around performance, but the papercraft version brings a completely different challenge. Its complex shapes, sharp aerodynamic elements and numerous small parts make this a project that rewards patience and careful assembly.

🧠 Original Design & My Modifications

The original papercraft design was created by Wongday. I am not claiming the original patterns or design as my own. My version is a modified and repainted build based on Wongday's original work. I converted the model from its original 1:18 scale to 1:24 scale, changed the color to green, and added my own wheels and hood to give the model a more personal appearance. All credit for the original papercraft design goes to its original creator.

BMW M3 GTR (NFS Most Wanted) – 1:24 Scale

The legendary BMW M3 GTR from Need for Speed: Most Wanted is finally here in papercraft form. The original model was designed by Paper Replika in 1:16 scale , but this version was carefully converted into 1:24 scale for a more collector-friendly size. I also modified the livery to give it a slightly darker appearance while keeping the iconic blue and white Most Wanted style alive. To make the build stand out from other creators, I added a custom interior using parts from the 180SX interior by Stone Designs . It did not fit perfectly, but the final result still gave the model a much better atmosphere and presence. I also created my own custom roll cage, since the tutorial for it was not very enjoyable to follow. This model was built using 70–80gsm office paper .
